When Pain Strikes, We Bring Relief

Same-day emergency dentistry to protect your smile

Pain or Concern?

When a dental emergency happens, the last thing you want is to wait. Pain rarely comes with warning, and delaying care can allow discomfort to worsen and complications to develop.

That is why we reserve time each day for urgent dental needs, so new patients can almost always be seen the same day. Whether you are already part of our practice or visiting us for the first time, our team is here to listen, assess the situation, and provide clear next steps right away. You do not have to navigate a dental emergency alone. Help is available when it matters most.

Emergencies We Can Help You With

Urgent dental issues can take many forms. We commonly help patients experiencing:

  • Severe or persistent tooth pain
  • Facial or gum swelling
  • Broken, cracked, or chipped teeth
  • Knocked-out teeth
  • Dental infections or abscesses
  • Wisdom tooth pain or inflammation
  • Trauma from accidents or injuries

These issues can worsen if left untreated. Treatment may include relieving infection, repairing damage, or stabilizing the area to protect your overall health and comfort.

What To Do Until You're Seen

If you’re on your way to the office or waiting for your appointment, these steps can help protect the area and manage discomfort. Avoid placing aspirin directly on the tooth or gums, and try not to chew on the affected side until you’re seen.

  • Toothache: Rinse gently with warm salt water, take over-the-counter pain relief if needed, and apply a cold compress to reduce swelling.
  • Broken or chipped tooth: Rinse with warm water, apply a cold compress, and keep any tooth fragments moist if possible.
  • Knocked-out tooth: Handle the tooth carefully, keep it moist, and try to place it back in the socket if you’re able.
  • Bitten lip or tongue: Rinse with warm water and apply gentle pressure. Call if bleeding does not stop.
